Reverse 911 They call YOU ! Just to wake you up at lets say 3:00 am, and let you know that there's an unpleasant cloud headed your way. -- If only the Verizon CSRs worked this well.
I still wouldnt be around if i was that 911 agent. Hell i'd be gone. But all Nuclear power plants are suppose to have those loud ass alarm systems that i'm sure you'd be hearing go off if there was a real threat.
And there are some cities that offer this just to their residents. Just not a 911 thing.
