<description><![CDATA[anon posted : I agree with the last comment - if you can't get cable, and can't get DSL, then Hughes is probably your only choice.  Unfortunately, with the strict FAP limitations and a service that gets slower and slower, it's getting closer to dial up.  It is decent for single file downloads (if you don't exceed FAP!!!) but most websites load a lot of stuff and the lag is painful.  You may as well walk a way for a while when loading secure sites.]]></description>
