I even spent over an hour explaining to the customer service rep what was wrong and why; they agreed it was wrong and it would corrected the following moment; needless to say, it was NOT. I don't appreciate your generalizing all customers into one bucket. There are those of us who value honesty, and I expect a lot of Sprint's issues are their own self induced problems. If I did not need high-speed access I would have stuck with T-Mobile and yes, they were extremely customer focused. Sprint better watch out, or they are likely to find themselves in a class-action lawsuit over this one. |
