Re: Charter's Capital I live in Worcester, MA. When I go to the Higgins St office once a month to pay my bill, you should hear the people who are getting into arguments about their bill. At least 2 user a month while I'm in line. Of course Charter will say something different. But it's odd. EVERY MONTH at least 2 users. Odd. |
