It doesn't bother me because I don't trust Charter. The reason I do it is they charged my checking account over 400$ one month and told me they can't refund my money that it would be applied to my account. I will be damned if they take money from my checking account and tell me they can't refund their mistake. If it was a credit card then no probelm this was hard earned cash. So from now on I will wait the 4 minutes in line at 8am instead of having a drone in Mexico go apeshit with my checking info. Thanks.
