My local phone service worked but my internet access was down from about 10pm Tuesday 10 July 07 until 830am Wednesday July 11, 2007

I had no access to email or websites. I released my IP a number of times.

Your 611 line indicated that "there are no problems with the system" but I could not get through as I was told to "try again later".

The connection began spontaneously a short time ago.
