<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/129458"><b>KrK</b></A> : LOL<br><br>I wasn't the only one wondering why FCC Martin had suddenly changed his stripes yesterday and came out announcing a seemingly (note: <I>seemingly</I>) Telco-unfriendly move that was pro-consumer....<br><br>... Turns out it was really just a sneak attack to derail REAL progress and maintain Telco dominance.  Since this has been his M.O. all along, I would have to say that now it all becomes clear.
