| I wonder if rogers did something. Im getting awesome speeds now with uTorrent (latest version). Currently its uploading at 80kB/sec (i have it capped at 80) and downloading anywhere from 70kB-150kB/sec. |

How you get that speed? I also have utorrent express package but barely reach 3kb/s.

kudos:4 | It probably doesn't matter what you say in here about not being throttled ... What would matter are the local performance stats for your cable segment as to whether they'll apply throttling and how agressive it will be. |
