Uninstalling AT&T Self Support Tool???

LFM : Not sure where this some be so I thought I would ask here and hope for some assistance.

I cancelled my DSL Service due to too many Tech Issues and have unistalled the other Software via Add or Remove Programs but when I view this I get no listing for the "AT&T Self Support Tool" to be able to uninstall it. When I click on the ICON and drag it to the recycle bin. It tells me I need to go to the Add or Remove Programs but again no listing for this.

How might one uninstall it since I don't use the DSL Service anymore. Can't locate the program yet it is on my desktop and still has an icon and when I have a problem connecting with my dialup this tool automatic pops open and I have to close it since it is not associated with my current ISP.

Any way to uninstall this???

Thanks,
LFM
