Yes, but EVDO is more widespread the HSDPA, so the CDMA providers are a step ahead of the GSM guys. I think EDGE is more on par with 1xRTT, though EDGE is clearly faster. |

What do distant aliens have to do with this conversation? Sheesh! It's about Deathstar, not some foreign CEO's consideration someplace. We don't travel thousands of miles every day. We pretty much stay within our own thousand or so mile radius, probably within a few hundred miles from home on an average week. That's not Mexico, nor Canada for most of us, and nowhere near wherever you're talking about. |
