I called them and was told I'd get my entire $206.00 back. I wound up getting $188.00-don't know why they subtracted 18 dollars and I guess I'll never know why now.

This is too bad....I liked Sunrocket. Fortunately, I never ported any numbers to them. I still have Vonage (and have had them since 2002). I was going to renew Sunrocket the next time they had a special (I just moved and was short of cash the past few months). I guess that's not an option any more.
