Not sure if it is over; however, the problem is they and Vonage both spent too much acquiring customers.
Viatalk also does 2-1 sometimes but stopped renewing at 99 for another year during promo and raised it to 150. Plus I am sure spent very little to advertise so the 2-1 was their advertising. Sunrocket does 2-1 and advertises and other large investments. So their costs are way higher.
Sunrocket and Vonage dream of competing against the big boys like cable and telcos. A hard thing to do. Smaller players like Packet8, VoicePulse, Viatalk and others I believe have a niche markets planned. Markets that may last even with the cable and telcos of the world. |

| Looked like they were taking orders now...
I just went through their website and clicked "Sign Up." I was able to go through all the way to the point where I had to put in my credit card info to pay. This included choosing a few steps including that I wanted to port or have a Sunrocket Number. |
