<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/218081"><b>kaila</b></A> : will be stepping in to buy them and keep their 200,000 subscribers phone (and e911) service from being interrupted.  The two-year pre-pay pricing model will probably go away though.  It's tough to budget and plan spending when a high percentage of your subscribers pay only once every two years.]]></description>
