<description><![CDATA[ohmer posted : Hello,<br><br>I have a DSL login with Teksavvy.  Does it include some hours for dialup ?<br><br>Since my only one open AP as left recently, I cannot use any external connection to test my VPN access.   My ISP provides me dialup, but due to my VoIP phone line, I can only connect at 9600bps and they seem to not authorize this (!).  9600bps is very slow, but it's ok while I just need to do ping test into my VPN (ping to yahoo.com are 3500ms haha) ;).<br><br>I found a "free" ISP in France, it works, but this can be costly...]]></description>
