| Hey Spirtsky63. I am having the exact same problem in Welland since February. I have the pro plan (16 meg) whcih went to 3-4meg since February. I have had my odem replaced and have had at least 8 service calls into Cogeco since then.
The long and the short of it is that the nodes are simply overloaded and need to be split. The latest tech who came here said that I had to be patient and that they know Welland has some overloaded nodes and that it takes time to get the split. In the meantime...WE LOSE! |
