However, outsourcing is not because of higher wages for workers but attributed to the gluttony of the CEO's. You can easily find the increasing millions that CEO's take home since the outsourcing boom. From our politicians perspective tech jobs are menial jobs and Americans should not have to do menial jobs. The Indians/Chinese are only doing the jobs that Americans prefer not to do.
