Re: Qwest Choice TV The problem on Qwest's end is that they are just emerging out of debt and finally making a more steady profit. If Qwest/USWest didn't have such corrupt CEO's and whatnot, they'd have more cash laying around to do what AT&T and Verizon are doing.
Unfortunately, until they see which one benefits most from VZW/at&t, they do have to take a wait and see approach. I don't like it but if you look at it from a business standpoint, you can't go blowing money on "unproven" (yes, bad word but its all I can think of) things in case it comes back and bites you in the arse |
