Thanks mordin, CrazyJo82 and royalscam21 for your suggestions.
My pc doesn't have any suspend/mode that kicks in, so I guess calling Rogers would be what I should try. However, as you mentioned royalscam21, I hate talking to them too.. there tech support is horrid :/ Well, again, thanks for your helps guys.
