SR deleting invoices from online account management !!

I just logged into my account, and all but one invoice are deleted! Last night I had 7 invoices in there. Seems like some employee is still around tinkering with the website.

I turned off provisioning on my innomedia... in case the conspiracy theory that others are mentioning is correct.

I did notice that this morning ...also my annual plan has a start date of 3/2006...instead of 3/2007. Anyone else have any similar thing going on under "plan information"?

Plan info still showing up correctly for me... I printed out every single screen on the "accounts" tab last night for safety:)

I'm down to 1 invoice and my plan started 2/10/2006 not 2007.... oh well I printed all my invoices to pdf since about 8 months ago, and have pdf's of all of the pages as of yesterday.

Remember when a lot of people canceled service with SunRocket because they thought they sucked. Sunrocket didn't want that information out to the public. So instead, they marked a large portion of the cancellations as "Canceled Due to Unavailability of 911 services".

Well, maybe changing your account to 3/2006 instead of 3/2007 can make it look like you aren't owed a refund or that your service isn't prepaid for the next 9 months. This would look more appealing to a perspective buyer. Of course, if you take the emotion out of being a customer, then you realize that any company that would try to buy SunRocket is just as bad as Lisa Hook and the rest of them. Later... Mike...

My thoughts exactly when I saw that. Pretty shady if that is what one of the 25 people left are doing. Maybe they will try to hack into my credit account to get the charge removed from 3/2007...you know, so no traces are left /sarcasm off

All my invoices are gone too, but for the latest one, and that indicates either they charged me $49.62 or credited me that amount. Pretty sure it's a credit, which is pretty stand-up for a company these days. Will check my CC info and see...

In that case, it may make sense to even brick the gizmos, so you will HAVE to buy new gizmos from a new company...

Just as a precaution, I recommend everyone to logon to their gizmo and turn provisioning off. The gizmo unlocking instructions are available on sunrocketforum and gizmopasswords.blogspot.com

Same this here, but I doubt a conspiracy. I'm sure they're simply taking servers offline as they shut down.

This is absolute, total BS!! WTF?! I started with SR two years ago, happily paying my $17/month and getting good CS, and now they shut off the lights and yup - they've deleted all my invoices since last night. I cannot believe it. So, who gets sued by whom for this fiasco?

walletless

@dmainc.com
If they file 7 or 11... there is not much we can do unfortunately... while they have still not done that, we must atleast file FCC complaints and dispute credit card if we bought this in recent past.

I don't know if they are deleting invoices or if thier old billing system is down. I only see the invoices generated by the new billing system.

I just logged in to SunRocket and found ALL my invoice are gone! They were all there yesterday. Wish I had downloaded them yesterday.

Now what?

After checking again, I'm still getting this message:

1 edit
Someone there is doing something. The "one of our systems is down" message is gone, and the invoices tab is BACK!!!

edit: It only appears to be from the new billing system though.

Print them while you can!

When I log in, I can only view the latest invoice. Where did the rest of them go?
