Sunrocket didn't want that information out to the public. So instead, they marked a large portion of the cancellations as "Canceled Due to Unavailability of 911 services".
Well, maybe changing your account to 3/2006 instead of 3/2007 can make it look like you aren't owed a refund or that your service isn't prepaid for the next 9 months. This would look more appealing to a perspective buyer. Of course, if you take the emotion out of being a customer, then you realize that any company that would try to buy SunRocket is just as bad as Lisa Hook and the rest of them. Later... Mike... | |
