That small "test board" is an MTU. I didn't think that newer NIDs (within the last 6-7 years) would have MTUs installed at the factory as they always have to be removed for DSL to work properly.
Are you still seeing the same Hybrid 1 in your modem log or has the hybrid value changed? Thanks.
