I have asked again and again to my number show as PRIVATE on outgoing calls and about every two months, my number starts showing up again. I have to call Teleblend to ask them to make my uimber PRIVATE again and again.

i don't think anyone would. picking up the name of a company that failed so spectacularly would be business suicide...the new owners would have a serious uphill battle convincing people that the company is completely new and better managed.

Different regions of the country have different CLEC's. Just because you were with SR does not mean you and I had the same CLEC. If I hadn't contacted the parent company and the CLEC's directly, I'd still be waiting. Once I got hold of the right people, the porting took all of 2 days. Unfortunately it took 1 month of frustration and speaking to scripted Indian call centers before I lost patience and found Americans who could help me.
I will now pack my Sunrocket Gizmos and return them with the UPS return label I found among my paperwork from when I first got my gizmo.

It has been two weeks today & still waiting. I called joiphone, (did get a real person). They said they submitted my request to SR & were waiting on them. I did not sign up with TB.
My gizmo lights still show active. But when I Dial out get a message that SR service is discontinued & I must sign up with TB. Calling the SR number also gets error message.
I can sign onto the SR website. It shows this message
"Member Alert One of our subsystems is currently down. At this time you will be unable to view some portions of the Member Portal. Please check back at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience."
