Just because you were with SR does not mean you and I had the same CLEC. This accounts for the varying experiences people had with SR service too.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[anon posted : My Sunrocket gizmo finally kicked the bucket 2 days ago. I get the message telling me to connect with TeleBlend. Yeah, right!<br>My porting to Lingo went well on one line and the other was a nightmare. If I hadn't contacted the parent company and the CLEC's directly, I'd still be waiting. Once I got hold of the right people, the porting took all of 2 days. Unfortunately it took 1 month of frustration and speaking to scripted Indian call centers before I lost patience and found Americans who could help me.<br>I will now pack my Sunrocket Gizmos and return them with the UPS return label I found among my paperwork from when I first got my gizmo. <br>Let the Sherwood partner take it to the toxic waste facility...and pay the postage. ]]></description>

But when I Dial out get a message that SR service is discontinued & I must sign up with TB.  Calling the SR number also gets error message.<br>I can sign onto the SR website.  It shows this message<br>"Member Alert &#9; One of our subsystems is currently down. At this time you will be unable to view some portions of the Member Portal. Please check back at a later time. We apologize for the inconvenience."<br><br>It looks like much of the website still works though.]]></description>
