Unless they happen to frequent BBR or have seen the couple of other media reports the last couple of days, most wouldn't even have had a clue that this was going on.
Perhaps thats why the company decided to say nothing until something was a bit more definitive. | |

I wouldn't be too sure that "...most probably don't even know..." that their phone service is down? Maybe they aren't aware of what is actually going on behind the outage; however, I don't think any SR customers have service anymore and I'll bet most have moved on already or are in the process, such as myself. | my sunrocket still works. I just forwarded my calls to my cell until it dies for good and I can move on...or just use my cell like I did before I got VOIP.
I had NO CLUE anything was going on with sunrocket until I happened to see an article on yahoo that was buried at the bottom of the page. I've never had any problems with my service before. I don't have any problems now...but it looks like I will in a couple of days!! | |
