I asked if they wanted information on sunrocket and he said no. they will check into the service being shut down and credit my account |

| I have called Amex 4 times already and they keep saying they can't do anything for me since it has been more than 60 days. I love Amex but Discover as of today is taking better care of their customers. I may have to think of switching in the future. |

| sorry to hear that, american express was cool with me...maybe since it was in May...it feel into the 60 day frame, he never mentioned anything about dates or when I charged it. he Just put the dispute through. |
