I did get an email, that looks as though it came from SR..

I went ahead and signed up with the company that made it sound like they could pick right up where SR left off, so I look forward to seeing how that goes.

I also canceled the order for phone service from my cable co.

I had NO CLUE anything was going on with sunrocket until I happened to see an article on yahoo that was buried at the bottom of the page. I've never had any problems with my service before. Maybe they aren't aware of what is actually going on behind the outage; however, I don't think any SR customers have service anymore and I'll bet most have moved on already or are in the process, such as myself.
