| Darn Fools! It actualy HELPS the corn farmers (in my case!) So, I'm not sitting in a theater, where I'd be nibbling on a dozen or so kernels, every few minutes....
I'm sitting at home, where I have a "big ol' sip" of 100 times that many at roughly the same interval....
Since I'm buying more of what the largest company in Clermont, Kentucky, produces, their CEO, Booker Noe, buys even more corn to make "juice" out of.
Because of that, the corn farmer across the Mississippi sells more corn, at a demand-driven higher price, and he doesn't have to sit at home watching sucky NBC every night of the week....

When I buy the movie tickets, I have no money left over to buy Popcorn. Looks like NBC should be whining to the movie theater people for their high prices if they are concern for the farmers. |
