You people really just don't know how to deal with a telecom company. I mean first of all, if you were not getting the support you needed, then call a field supervisor. Also, you think you can just throw out some company's equipment and not be charged? I agree they overcharged you but I'm pretty sure you should have thought twice before you threw it out. |
