| Not even in the picture. Let's suppose those nasty pirated movies are successfully filtered from the Internet. Would I go to the movie theater more? At $40+ for the four of us. for half an hour of advertising ahead of the feature, fuzzy picture, poor sound, and no ability to rewind, replay, or pause? Never mind overpriced popcorn and a complete lack of alcohol at the concessions stand.
Sorry, won't happen. We've been planning our fall entertainment, which will include live theater, the symphony, and several rock concerts. Hollywood's remade-again products simply don't enter into the picture.
However, if there is a sequel of The Hitch-Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy, my son and I would pay to see it on a theater screen. |
