Well I guess I still am glad I have a full install of IE 5 sitting on the server still!

Comcast would probably never come here so this might be just a commodity. Although if anyone needs IE 5 please let me know. I have it archived and could upload to a place to allow you to download.

I even have IE6 archived as well.

No need for that. You can go right back to IE 1.0 in the evolt browser archive: »browsers.evolt.org/

I've really got to try that some time (on a virtual machine of course), just to see how it handles todays websites .

Considering IE 4 (Win98 bundled browser) gives a multitude of script errors just trying to load microsoft.com (fortunately they still have a version of windowsupdate.com that works with it), good luck with IE 1.0! Maybe an old Geocities webpage that hasn't been updated since it was made back in 1997, or something like that, might work.
