| Oh Boy... Was I Wrong...
SunRocket bit the dust, and I'm now scrambling to find a new service provider. So far, I have not realized any disconnection or lack of service other than my voice mail doesn't work anymore.
I find it unfortunate that SunRocket closed their doors. I was very satisfied with their service up till the end. Absolutely no complains except on how they closed their doors. Their management should have been more thoughtful concerning what would happen to their enormous customer base.
I'm certainly going to be more careful in choosing my new phone service provider, but I still believe VoIP is the way to go. |
