That means no Interaction (Pay on Demand Channels) or ability to view channels that are being served only if someone on your node is watching (I forget the technical term but it has to do with preserving bandwidth by restricting the number of channels that are always available and using the "saved" bandwidth to feed multiple channels as needed). | |
