When I had to make a decision on which VOIP service I was going to go with, I read up on all the companies. I passed over Packet8 because it was over priced and under serviced. They cut off customers faster then any other VOIP provider for the invisible cap of minutes used. ViaTalk is better, less expensive, and is offering much better deals.
Overpriced? Or priced where they need to be to be a company that can actually survive? I don't know about you, but I like a phone company that's been, and going to be..in business for awhile and not shut off with no notice.
