I went to ViaTalk from Vonage for the features and it was the Biggest Mistake! I have ever made.

Look around in the VT forum here on DSLR. Look (read) before you leap.

I was about to say, until I saw you went with Viatalk, that I hope you steer clear of Vonage, Callvantage and Verizon's service... More expensive than Packet and way less features.

As for Viatalk, they have the same broken business model that Sunrocket had on their "unlimited" plan... Hopefully you went with a plan that isn't prepaid.
