Re: Official email from Sunrocket

How exactly teleblend can provide uninterrupted service without buying all equipemnt, retaining IP addresses and possibly rehiring back original people who maintained it.

I don't know, but I plan to check it out.

This is also the first official word from Sunrocket on this entire matter. I posted the entire email headers, just so others could see.

Well, just for grins, I signed up for a month using a virtual CC. The $12.95 just might be worth it for the laughs.

It'll be interesting to see how they update the SR MTA, assuming they don't have physical access to the old SR server and registration system.

I too signed up. They must have access to "something" as when I put in my phone number, it had all my information, like name, address, etc. I don't know how secure that is, frankly, if you know someone is with sunrocket, and you know their phone number, now you can BE them, more or less.

They might have some backend security, to keep someone from doing that, but for sure you can get someones name and address from the phone number.

Will keep everyone posted, on how it goes, etc.

I had a prepaid Visa card that I used that will be down to 0 by the time the next billing cycle comes around. If nothing else, it will be buy me some time while I wait for my new service to get shipped and setup (and the number ported over).
