Chakey, They never sent me a message either. I suppose they didn't have to since I found out anyway. I signed up with Vonage's monthly plan yesterday and need to make sure SR doesn't try to charge my CC again! I have to shell out some coin for a call blocking solution, otherwise, goin' with the big dog hoping the "ship stays afloat".

@charter.com		  What kind of call blocking solution did you come up with? That is one of the features that I really liked about SR and I'm having trouble finding a service w/ the same feature.
