I've friends who've taken their tours to NYC and Washington in the past who spoke quite highly of the service as well as the accommodation and arrangements made for tours etc.

Partly my fault, Dev -- whenever I see "vacation" I automatically think Ontario north -- cottage, boating in Georgian Bay and the North Channel, or a northern resort. 
Except in the winter when I automatically think Jamaica, man! Haven't been there in a while, though.
