 | Yes-I received my email last night 11:28 PM EST An ex-happy SR customer for over a year. No challenges until Monday this week. Signed up Tuesday with ViaTalk for the 6 months free but called them, waited 11/2 hrs and canceled this morning. Funny thing, the invoice was completed 5 minutes after my call. I have to give them kudos, they emailed me and said disregard the invoice statement since I canceled. Went with TeleBlends as #1540 customer. Why not at $12.95/mo for now. Also since they have access, records and most of all the equipment we all have as access, it is the best at this time. Lets try a few months and see. When they notify us of any rate increase, we can do what we always do - shop around!! Much Success to everyone and hats off to Voip! |
