Google and MySpace become the 'major suspect's...

BTW, Google prohibits Anonymous Use of its search engine starting couples of months ago...

What do you mean by this? They've started presenting a CAPTCHA if a query appears to come from a script, but as long as you're a person using a browser you don't have to give anything more than your IP address and HTTP headers.
