I followed all the steps as outlined.... the reset steps worked as advertised... but when I type in the correct admin password on the the voice_adminpage the browser starts cycling through a bunch of pages on the device. I can see it in the status bar at the bottom of the browser (goes through about 10 pages very fast).... meanwhile it asks for the admin password again. It doesn't do this when I enter the wrong admin password so I don't think that is the issue? Help!!!
it's Voice_adminPage.htm (case-sensitive) - you tried that, correct? Not all lowercase.. |
