Re: Good/bad area

Why would I change if I am happy?

Besides, I have had VZ wireless and phone service in the past and their customer service (imho) was horrible. I would never go back to them.

I have these phone wires that cross over a section of my back yard. Last fall for some reason they started to sag to the point where I could touch them. I called VZ because they owned/maintain the lines and because I was not a VZ customer, they would not send anyone out to correct the issue. It took 4 calls and the threat of a lawsuit if one of my kids got hurt to finally get them to come and correct the issue.

I am staying put.

Hey i understand what you mean because i am being treated like garbage with Optimum Online and there bad service which i am only getting half of what they offer and horrible tech support for about 2 months to get anything fixed and its still not fixed yet.

When i change to verizon i'll see who treats me better and gives better service but i hate OOL because of the hassle they put me through and i want to change to see what is better about both ISPs.

If mine was a bit better and didnt lose 10 mb download during the day it would be fine but in the day it drops to 14 to 18 mb down which sucks for boost.

Enjoy it while its good !
