Last night I rebooted, DOCSDIAG still showed 30/5
Just rebooted now, the 30 is no longer there, and speedtest confirms:
For this time of day, that's blazing - normally it would be somewhere around 22-24 down and 3.9 up.

They have maintained price while continually increasing speed. It looks like they may have stopped capping upload, or changed their parameters. I've been uploading torrents at 1.5mbps for 24 hours. No cap.

I rebooted my modem and got the bump in speed... 
I would have assumed that if OOL had pushed out the new configs, they would remotely reboot all the modems too. 
Oh well, time to test it out...

Thats is what i was thinking because of my speeds being so weird. Sometimes its fast and sometimes its slow but right now it sucks and its not even 15 mb. Maybe it will get fixed soon after some tweaking on there end but for now my line has been messed up since like april.  |
