Re: Owner Wireless Antenna Pictures Im sure it really works that simply. The modem is already tuned to the frequency it wants to pick up. All the pie tin does is serve as a reflector to collect extra signal.
Just like a soup or coffee can with the correct parts can provide just as big of a gain. May seem funny- but thats just the simplicity of an antenna.
