I agree completely. I was a Sunrocket customer and signed up with Packet8 over a month ago. And get this -- my SR phone number still isn't transferred over. I haven't been able to receive phone calls on that number for 2 weeks.

I just canceled my packet 8 service with 2 days left in the trial period. I've reconfigured the Gizmo I got from SR and moved on to CallCentric.
