I believe that is a mini Apple Store.
Don't you mean 'Apple Store mini' ?

C'mon, get wit da naming convention!
The press release leaves it all quite nebulous, so we're both right.

I believe that is a mini Apple Store. They are of the brushed metal variety, as opposed to the full size stores, which are black and white.

Who says brushed metal is on the way out? That is one damn sexy Apple store.
werd! It looks like the interior of a space station or something. Makes me think of Space 1999.
This is what the renovated Fashion Valley store looks like.
I usually go to UTC since it's up the street from my house but I will have to make an effort to go down to the Fashion Valley location. Thanks for the headsup Tex!

That looks really nice. Apple should open one here in St. Clair County, it would be nice to have an Apple Store right here in the SoIll.

I picked up an Apple T-Shirt on the way out (there were plenty to go around) and I bought a Griffin TuneFlex AUX for my car. I'll certainly be buying all my future Apple products here rather than online - it's just a much better experience.

I also signed up for the giveaway tomorrow - a black MacBook and iPod - but I'm not holding my breath.

It looks nice. Did you score any Apple swag? I might have to take a ride up there some time. I'm lucky enough to have one a half hour away from me.

Well I was about seventh in line! Photos here.

EDIT: That's weird. I tried to comment to another thread (regarding the Apple Store in Holyoke) and it appeared here as a new topic. My apologies.
