Horrid lag and ping times since San Francisco DSL went down?

Recently we had a DSL outage that lasted about a day and ever since then my ping has been horrid and I cannot figure out why. I went from 30-40MS to 200-300ms pings. Has anyone else experienced these problems?

What did COVAD/Cyberonic say when you called them?

Well I put in a ticket. I never did get a call back but my ping returned to normal today. Strange? I have had them awhile but i think I'll finally switch over to sonic for that 6000/768 package for 34.00
