It was more expensive ($99/month promo for phone/TV/10mbit). But well worth every penny. Couldn't comment on their support though... as I never had to call them! Maybe I was too spoiled by RCN and this is why Comcast feels sub-par to me. RCN, PLEASE come to San Jose.
