Yes, I was on the phone with their sales and the call kept cutting out - reminded me of Sunrocket. Gotta go reboot that modem!

Seriously, would you sign up with a VOIP provider who didn't have perfect call quality during the sale? I was calling from work and I know the quality of that phone.
