I went from 30-40MS to 200-300ms pings. Has anyone else experienced these problems? What did COVAD/Cyberonic say when you called them?

Gara join:2002-10-23 Santa Rosa, CA	Well I put in a ticket. I never did get a call back but my ping returned to normal today. Strange? I have had them awhile but i think I'll finally switch over to sonic for that 6000/768 package for 34.00
