Update 7/29, George is doing a LOT better!
Just talked to George's daughter, and she has very good news about her dad!
George has been moved out of the ICU, and is no longer on a ventilator. He still has a lot of pain, but is generally feeling a great deal better than he has in a long time.
George is able to eat again, and no longer has trouble breathing easily. He should be getting better every day now.
