linsys and Dlink have new Bluetooth enabled routers that will link to your cell phone, outside the house your cellphone will be on the cell tower network using your plan minutes, inside the house the cellphone will bluetooth to the router and use your internet connection for free unlimited voip calls. T-Mobile's service isn't bluetooth, it's just standard b/g wireless, but other than that, you are absolutely correct.
